IGCAT Expert from Canada and Jordan, governance and resilience leader, and author of the six-time Gourmand Award-winning cookbook Thuraya, Nadeem Mansour joins the jury of IGCAT’s Top Foodie Websites Award 2026.
A Jordanian–Canadian C-suite executive and governance advisor, Nadeem brings over 30 years of leadership experience across Fortune 500 and Big4 environments. Most recently, he held senior responsibility within a USD 45 billion global food and drug retailer, where he led compliance, corporate ethics, and advanced supply chain transparency, including human rights practices. He is now Founder and CEO of Aegis Beacon Inc., advising boards and executives on governance, oversight, resilience, and trust.
Alongside his corporate career, Nadeem is the author of Thuraya: Recipes from Our Family’s Kitchen in Jordan, a culinary diary celebrating Jordanian and Levantine food heritage through intergenerational storytelling. Published in Canada, the book has received six “Best in the World” Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, including #1 Best Mediterranean Book in the World, #1 Best Video Presentation in the last 30 years, #1 Best Family Cookbook in the last 30 years, and #2 Best Cookbook in the World. It has been showcased at the Royal Ontario Museum and featured in The Globe and Mail, among other platforms.
Nadeem also has served until recently on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), where he chaired the Governance and People Committee, promoting equity and inclusive leadership. Through Thuraya Delights Inc., he continues to champion Levantine culture, sustainability, and heritage. His combined expertise in governance, ethics, and cultural storytelling brings a strategic and values-driven perspective to the evaluation of digital platforms that communicate food identity and social impact.
